We take complaints about our service very seriously. If you have reason to believe that we have fallen short of the standards we set out to achieve we would like you to tell us. Please provide as much detail as possible and contact us as follows:

Our complaints procedure

We will acknowledge your complaint, in writing 5 days from the first business day after receiving the complaint (the 'Complaint Start Date').

No later than 20 days from the Complaint Start Date we will write to you again following a full investigation of your complaint providing an explanation and, where appropriate, any further actions we have decided to take.
