Occupant portal
If you are a new homeowner and have a 'defect' you need to report, you may find that your developer has arranged for an occupant portal, to be linked to your development.
If they have that's great news, because it means you can access the portal from here and report problems whenever convenient to you.

Unless your developer has a dedicated portal address (look below) - then the default portal is: Managing Your New Home.
EMERGENCIES
Never use the occupant portal to report an emergency.
Always follow the process explained to you by your developer.
